I always think of the Rhinebeck Sweater as my showstopper for the year - and this one has a little bit of everything! Very interesting saddle shoulder construction, stripes, stranded colorwork, and faux seams a la The Weekender! I can’t wait for October!

This sweater is worked from the top down, seamlessly. We begin with the saddle shoulder, then pick up stitches for the back and fronts separately. Once the yoke is completed, we will join to work the body in the round. The sleeve stitches are picked up from the armhole openings and worked in the round.

*In purchasing this product you will receive a .pdf pattern for the pictured item so that you can knit them up yourself, not the actual finished item.

SUGGESTED YARN
For this sweater I chose to start with Confluence by the Farmer’s Daughter Fibers, a very bouncy wool yarn that has a touch of cotton added! It blooms so beautifully and is a lovely balance of fibers. I accented this with a contrast pop of Spincycle Yarns Dyed in the Wool, which adds so much depth to the colorwork with its slow color changes!
