These cozy mittens have a beautiful Northern pointing colorwork band right where you need that extra warmth- across the fingers! These mittens are a great stash buster as well, using under 200 yards of worsted weight yarn! The long cuff will ensure that your wrists stay toasty warm as well. So knit ‘em up, pull ‘em on and head Up North!!

Yarn: less than 250 yards worsted weight

Suggested yarn: Shepherds Wool Worsted in Color MC- Pewter; Color CC- Garnet

Suggested Needles: US 5 & US 7 Circulars for Magic Loop are suggested (or DPNs)

Gauge (worked over stockinette): 22 sts & 34 rows/ 4 inches using size US 7 needles

Finished Measurements: Cuff - 3.25 in; Mitten Length - 10.5 in; Hand Circumference - 7 in (unstretched)
